Bryton Homes has been efficient and enjoyable to deal with since we first talked with Sheila, Dan, and John. Communications via Sheila was always clear and fast. We appreciated early and later suggestions from the Bryton Team. We are still appreciating John's suggestions. Everybody in the office was helpful, available, and knew what they were talking about.
Michelle from Kitchen Concepts Plus and Sharon Smith from L and L were very helpful in choosing interior furnishings.
The building process seemed to go well, the sign of a good organization, subcontractors, and supervision. This office group presented themselves as personable, confident, knowledgeable, and honest. John Facer combines a good personality, experienced administrative skills, and knowledge of the materials and labor necessary to build a good house.
We are pleased with our home and would recommend Bryton Builders.

This was a truly first class experience from my first interaction with Sheila who I met at a new home development 3 years ago in Rehoboth and then reaching out to her to let her know we were ready to build. She provided top notch, professional, caring service all along the way and made us feel so comfortable and excited about our decision.

John- The project Manager took so much pride and educated us during the whole building process and even finished ahead of schedule!! What a surprise to under promise and over deliver with complete satisfaction!
